About Us
Spiritual insight is central to our educational philosophy. We believe each person is a unique spiritual being with immense potential, and we reach our full potential by nurturing every aspect of ourselves—intellectual, emotional, physical, and spiritual.
The Role
Avanti Services Ltd is seeking an exceptional candidate to join us as a Spiritual Wellbeing Lead across Krishna Avanti Primary School and Avanti House Secondary and Primary School. This is an opportunity for a gifted individual with excellent interpersonal skills to nurture the school’s spiritual ethos and support our pupils from the start of their spiritual journey.
Living and representing our values, the Lead will create a safe space for students to receive emotional and spiritual support, and deliver programmes, alongside leadership and pastoral staff. They will guide students through meaningful conversations, encouraging self-discovery and inspiring them to flourish. The role involves introducing practices such as guided meditations, breath work, reflective exercises, sharing spiritual insight in accessible, relevant ways, and leading devotional activities. The Lead will support assembly presentations, small-group dialogue, and drop-in sessions, helping students and staff to develop reflective habits and meaningful relationships.
Please note that we may close this vacancy early if we receive sufficient applications for the role. Therefore, if you are interested, we'd encourage you to submit your application as early as possible.
School visits are welcome and encouraged. Please contact the school to arrange this.
