We are proud of the positive relationships in our school community and work together to help every child be a confident, resilient, and happy life-long learner. We need another team member with that little bit of sparkle, that will help our children thrive and flourish. Visits are actively encouraged and warmly welcomed.

Ongar Primary School is part of the Bridge Academy Trust: a collegiate and collaborative Trust, where, first and foremost, each school is a place of (high quality) learning, where young people ENJOY, ENRICH, ACHIEVE & ASPIRE. The core purpose is to provide high quality continuity of every child’s journey through education from 3 to 19, with a community and school-led school improvement approach and long-term sustainable strategy. Bridge Academy Trust is committed to its people strategy and prioritises staff’s development to ensure they too can enjoy, enrich, achieve and aspire.

About the role:

We are looking for an enthusiastic, energetic, and motivated individual who wants to share their passion for all sports with our children. If you want to broaden your experience by working as part of a friendly and dynamic team then we would love to hear from you.

Come and visit to see for yourself what we have to offer. Visits to the school are strongly recommended and warmly welcomed. This can be arranged by contacting the school office. Join our team and make a real difference to the children and families of Ongar.
