What skills and experience we're looking for

We are seeking to appoint an inspirational Standards and Progress leader for September 2023. This is a fantastic opportunity to help shape and influence the direction of the school’s already outstanding pastoral provision. Standards and Progress Leaders are senior leaders within the school and the post is a superb platform for further promotion. The successful candidate will have substantial experience of dealing with pastoral issues/liaising with external agencies and working closely with parents and carers. The year group the Standards and Progress Leader will be responsible for will be decided upon appointment.

There is a reduced teaching commitment with this post of 30 x 1 hour lessons a fortnight.
