What skills and experience we're looking for
About You:
As a STEM Lead for Science at The Hart School you will bring your passion for the Sciences to life in the classroom and be able to engage this enthusiasm school-wide. Our ideal candidate would:
- Be able to promote and develop STEM across the school.
- Teach Chemistry at Key Stage 5
- Be able to demonstrate high quality teaching.
- Set high expectations and be a positive role model – consistently demonstrating the positive attitudes, values and behaviours which we expect from both students and colleagues.
Requirements:
To apply for the STEM Lead for Science opportunity you must have:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a degree in a relevant field
- Experience in teaching Key Stage 3 and 4 Science
- The ability to lead STEM, including staff development
