The Role
We are seeking an outstanding individual to work as an Strategic Lead to influence the Trust’s approach to behaviour and attendance across all of our schools. Reporting into the Assistant Director of Education, you will help to create an ethos and culture of inclusion excellence across all schools.
The successful candidate may be an existing Assistant Headteacher looking for opportunities to work on Trust-wide initiatives or someone who is aspiring to move into a leadership role.
