Abbey MAT is seeking a dynamic, talented leader to join the Central Education Team and work with our primary academies at this exciting time in our development as a Trust.
While our five primary schools are all currently judged ‘good’ in all areas and collective performance is in line with national standards, we are ambitious for them to be even better. We are looking for a colleague who can develop the pedagogy and practice of staff to ensure that our pupils are enabled to learn well and achieve excellent outcomes. The ability to support the design and implementation of the English curriculum across our schools is a desirable requirement. This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside our welcoming, talented academy leaders and our dedicated Central Education Team.
We are looking for an exceptional practitioner who:
- Will initiate and drive excellence, ensuring that all children in our primary schools receive the best possible opportunities to thrive
- Will implement the school improvement model to ensure high-quality teaching, learning and intervention in all areas of the curriculum
- Is flexible and should expect to spend the majority of their time directly supporting in our Trust schools
- Is looking to develop their career within a supportive team
- Is able to encourage and enthuse pupils to achieve their full potential
- Support the Trust’s Christian vision as well as our shared mission and values
