What skills and experience we're looking for
We are looking for a leader who understands the pivotal role professional development of staff plays in ensuring the best possible outcomes for children. You will play a vital role in improving standards of teaching and learning across the Trust schools.
You will need to be a proven practitioner who has worked with a range of pupil needs and will be able to model good practice to others; develop bespoke training and implement effectively; be able to demonstrate initiating, managing and leading effective change.
Your high level of professional values and educational philosophy will ensure that the Trust makes sustained improvements for all staff.

You will be a highly motivated leader who is committed to implementing significant and sustained improvements across the schools and the wider Trust, who is enthusiastic to see all of our pupils’ flourish in safe, secure and welcoming learning environments.
