What skills and experience we're looking for
We are looking for an enthusiastic, ambitious and passionate Strength & Conditioning Coach to join our very successful, oversubscribed rugby programme.
The role will work as part of a multidisciplinary team that will provide a development focused environment for the ACE rugby players and basketball players at Stourport VIth Form College. As well as providing strength and conditioning support to the ACE rugby squads and basketball players there will also be the opportunity to work closely with the RFU Midlands West Rugby Academy.
You will be responsible for creating and managing appropriate athletic development plans that relate to Long Term Athlete Development (LTAD) as well assessment protocols and physical standards that help with player development.
The post-holder will have a good understanding of athlete development, ideally, within a pathway system and experience of working within a multidisciplinary team to enhance player development.
