Job Overview

We are seeking to appoint a Student Behaviour Intervention Lead to join our passionate and hardworking team at Kingsbury Green Academy.

We are seeking a calm, consistent and fair individual to lead on key aspects of behaviour intervention. The successful candidate will have high expectations for all students, supporting them to reflect on their behaviour, regulate their emotions, and re-engage positively with learning. This role is central to helping students return successfully to the classroom and realise the benefits of their education.
