What skills and experience we're looking for
To be the central point of contact for Chelsea FC Foundation within Thomas More Russell Hill academyDelivering pastoral, wellbeing and diversionary activities that aim to enhance emotional wellbeing and build resilience in young people, using universal, targeted, and individual interventions.
Must Haves/qualified by demonstrableexperience to the level required:
- Relevant professional and/or academic qualifications or a minimum of 2 years’ experience in the industry sector.
- Mental/Emotional Wellbeing related qualification or working towards.
- Level 1 Sports Coaching Qualification, Emergency Aid and Safeguarding Children Certificates
- Five GCSE’s including Maths and English.
Nice to Haves:
- Youth Worker Level 2 Qualification.
- Teaching or mentoring Qualifications.
- Level 2 Sports Coaching Qualification, Emergency Aid and Safeguarding Children Certificates.

Formed in 2010, the Chelsea Foundation is one of the world’s leading football social responsibility programmes. Using the power of sport to motivate, educate and inspire, we believe sport can be harnessed to support communities and individuals, both at home and abroad.
