Pay scale: NJC Grade 6, Point 21-26- £26,975-£30,984 gross per annum pro rata
Hours/Weeks: 37 hours x 41 weeks (term time plus 2 additional weeks to cover time needed during Easter (2 days) and Summer holidays (6 days)
Actual Annual Salary: £24,252.30 - £27,856.66 (Under 5 Years’ Service)

developing this partnership and making rapid improvements for our students and community.
We are seeking to appoint a committed Student Mentor and Engagement Officer to work under the direction of the Safeguarding and Inclusion Manager to provide services to our students.. The
successful candidate will work with the school’s Inclusion team to support student behaviour, attendance, engagement and belonging. They will also liaise with families, the community and direct
other Mentors (TFTF and voluntary staff mentors). The successful candidate will join an exceptional team of support staff. Teamwork and the community are at the heart of what we do.
