This is an exciting opportunity to develop the exceptional pastoral care that we offer students. This is a new post which will include running a Student Reception area and managing attendance and absence protocols. We are looking for someone with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, who is well organised with a high level of literacy and exceptional ICT skills. The appointed person will be proficient at analysing data as there will be an expectation to produce accurate reports to inform stakeholders and target individual students. We are looking for someone who works well under pressure, and on their own initiative. Experience of Microsoft 365 applications and Bromcom would be beneficial.
