Salary: £22,415-£23,506 Actual Salary (FTE £25,989-£27,254)
Grade: Band 3 (Points 6-9)

Our vibrant secondary school is seeking a compassionate and dedicated student support officer to make a real difference.
What You’ll Do:
Act as primary first aider for the school
Provide a high standard of care and support to all students.
Support the pastoral team in the first aid support of all students.
Provide administrative support alongside school's central admin/office department
Oversee and help develop library services, including management of student librarians

St Paul’s is a popular and successful 11-18 Catholic School. There are 1140 students on roll from a variety of backgrounds and faiths. The 2023 inspection report says "there is a strong family atmosphere in this inclusive school" and that pupils feel happy and safe. Staff are committed and ambitious for all students and have high expectations. Staff and students are motivated and inspired by the school motto to "let your light shine before others" as well the school prayer.
