Position: Permanent/Part Time

Salary: £22,415-£23,506 Actual Salary (FTE £25,989-£27,254)

Grade: Band 3 (Points 6-9)

Start Date: Monday 20th April 2026, or ASAP

Our vibrant secondary school is seeking a compassionate and dedicated student support officer to make a real difference.

What You’ll Do:

Act as primary first aider for the school

Provide a high standard of care and support to all students.

Support the pastoral team in the first aid support of all students.

Provide administrative support alongside school's central admin/office department

Oversee and help develop library services, including management of student librarians

St Paul’s is a popular and successful 11-18 Catholic School. There are 1140 students on roll from a variety of backgrounds and faiths. The 2023 inspection report says "there is a strong family atmosphere in this inclusive school" and that pupils feel happy and safe.
