Student Support Officer
Grade: NJC 3 (points 4-6) Salary: £18,933 (FTE)
Hours: 8.30-3.30 (1/2-hour lunch) = 32.5 hours per week during term time = 38 weeks plus 1 week INSETs (approx. £14,208 gross p.a. pro rata)

You will need good admin skills and to be able to prioritise your workload, ensure strict deadlines are met and adhere to the SEND Code of Practice. As you’ll be working with vulnerable children, it is vital that you can deal with challenges that occur on a day-to-day basis. You will also be able to maintain utmost confidentiality and liaise with parents and external agencies in a professional manner.
