What skills and experience we're looking for
we are looking for someone who is visionary and ambitious, self-reflective, seeks feedback on their performance and is committed to their own development. Has the ability to motivate and inspire others to achieve their best. Being a team player is essential. A commitment to whole school improvement and a willingness to embrace the Trust’s values, core purpose and collaborative principles.
Qualifications: GCSE English and Maths or equivalent e.g. Adult Literacy/Numeracy at level 1
Experience: Working with or caring for pupils of relevant age or relevant experience e.g. voluntary organisation, parental caring experience. Working in a team situation.
