We are currently looking for a Student Welfare Officer to work with the pastoral team, with students, staff and parents to promote and support the improvement of attendance and punctuality of students across all Key Stages. We want to appoint resilient and outgoing individuals to join our fun and lively team. You will be based at our main site supporting staff and secondary students, this is a challenging but very rewarding role supporting some of the most vulnerable pupils in Reading. The ability to make the role your own and build strong relationships is essential.

We are a multi-site organisation which includes our College Road Site – Primary and Cranbury Road Site – Secondary. We have an Outreach Behaviour Support Team, offer medical tuition, and have a Hospital Teaching Service based at Royal Berkshire Hospital.
