Salary: Grade 5 Points 18 to 22 £21,944 to £23,752 per annum pro rota (FTE £24,982 to £27,041)
Hours: 37 hours, 40 weeks per year
Contract term: Fixed Term Contract until 31 August 2022

The role
Wilsthorpe School are looking to appoint a Student Welfare Officer to join an exceptional team. We are looking to expand our skills and are wishing to appoint a person predominantly working with disengaged boys, who require support accessing school life and a positive role model to support their emotional wellbeing.
The person
We are looking for someone who has a passion for supporting young people achieve their highest potential and excellent knowledge of safeguarding arrangements. The ideal candidate will have a wealth of experience of successfully working with students and families to overcome barriers which, in turn, will enable us to ensure that our students reach their potential whilst they are in our schools.
