Job summary

We are seeking to recruit a professional and talented Teacher of Art to cover a period of maternity leave. The ideal candidate will be able to lead the Art department. However, this is not essential and would therefore be open to those not in a position to take on additional responsibilities.

We want you to be part of our professional, supportive and friendly team. We have been rated as ‘Good’ by Ofsted which shows that we are an ambitious and rapidly improving Academy. Essential skills and experience

We would welcome applications from experienced department leads as well as NQTs. It is desirable that the successful candidate would be able to lead the department however, it is essential that the teaching element of the role be covered therefore applications would also be accepted from those new to the profession.
