For the Subject Co-ordinator responsibilities there will also be a TLR of £4,812 per annum (full-time equivalent).

The Role
We are seeking to recruit a professional and talented Teacher of Performing Arts to lead and drive the subject as the Subject Co-ordinator. This position is offered on a permanent basis from January 2022.

About You
You're an inspirational practitioner, knowledgeable regarding the curriculum, and an exemplary pedagogy practitioner. Pro-active, flexible and enthusiastic, you bring the innovation and commitment to teach Performing Arts across both KS3 and KS4. Keeping your subject exciting, relevant and enjoyable, you'll create an ambitious, innovative and motivating classroom. You'll inspire and challenge your students so that they develop into highly effective, independent learners and achieve their individual potential. You will also be able to encourage, motivate and support a team by demonstrating excellent standards, and leading the development of the subject and the subject team.
