QTS or PGCE

Essential skills and experience

As a classroom practitioner you will be able to demonstrate you are a committed team player and that you can enthuse, engage, motivate and challenge our students to raise their achievement regardless of their prior attainment.

The successful post holder will recognise that excellent practitioners can teach across the age and ability range and have a proven track record of promoting excellent progress and outcomes for Year 11 and/or 6th Form students.

With excellent communication skills, and experience of successfully implementing strategies to develop teaching and learning within your own class room.

A highly organised individual with the ability to lead a team, instigate and see through new initiatives, introduce new strategies and evaluate their teams impact on student outcomes will all be integral to the role.

This appointment will be subject to an Enhanced DBS check.
