We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, highly motivated Subject Lead for MFL who is inspirational in the classroom and will make a substantial contribution to the ongoing success of Pool Academy.
The right candidate will have the qualities to motivate and inspire both our students and staff. They will be required to teach Spanish at both KS3 and KS4, will demonstrate strong classroom management skills, excellent subject knowledge and the ability to lead a department, achieving the best possible outcomes for our students.
Demonstrating a vision of an exciting curriculum, underpinned by clear academic principles is essential, as is the ability to work effectively as part of a wider faculty team.
