We are looking to appoint a subject leader and enthusiast to join our high achieving team.

• photography is a popular option at GCSE with a bespoke photography classroom and dark room
• students routinely enter, and win, national art competitions;
• we run several art and photography trips and exhibitions, and we also host visiting artists during the year
• there is a strong academic ethos and high expectations of students;
• our school results have been significantly above the national average for many years
• our most recent school Progress 8 score was +1.0
• behaviour management is centralised and teachers are enabled to flourish.
The successful candidates will teach art throughout the age range Years 7-11, as well as photography at GCSE.
All subject leaders and teachers are supported, and encouraged to develop their practice, by engaging in the numerous opportunities to collaborate and share ideas with colleagues within our Professional Learning programme.
