As Subject Leader for ICT and Computer Science, you will play a pivotal role in inspiring and educating the next generation of tech-savvy innovators. We are looking for a dynamic individual who will not only be able to motivate our students to achieve their full potential but will also be able to develop a student’s appreciation of the role ICT & Computer Science plays in everyday life.

You will be an ambitious professional who possesses a strong working knowledge of Python programming and proficiency in creative iMedia design, including graphic design in Photoshop and Games Design.

The successful candidate will:

  • proficiency in Python programming and ideally have experience with creative iMedia design tools such as Photoshop and Games Design.
  • have a passion for education and a genuine interest in inspiring young learners to pursue careers in IT and Computer Science.
  • strong communication skills with the ability to effectively engage and motivate students from diverse backgrounds.
  • adaptability and resilience to thrive in a dynamic educational environment.
  • commitment to upholding the values and ethos of Thomas Aveling School.
