What skills and experience we're looking for

We seek an experienced teacher of Geography who is able to shape and lead this popular area of our curriculum. We are keen to hear from talented middle leaders looking to extend their experience, and outstanding, ambitious teachers seeking their first middle leadership post.

We have learners of Geography at KS3, KS4, and A level, and will be looking for the successful candidate to advise and steer developments across all phases, driving academic outcomes and performance in the subject.

The successful candidate will motivate and inspire both staff and students, demonstrate excellent leadership and management skills, and be committed to inclusion and the well-being of every young person. Importantly, they will also have strong subject knowledge.

We will have high expectations of you to be a positive role model committed to the distinctive ethos of our School, where we strive for academic excellence, underpinned by character education.
