What skills and experience we're looking for
Thomas Deacon Academy are looking to appoint a highly motivated, inspiring Subject Lead who can lead strategies developing literacy (including reading, writing and oracy) and the development of Multilingual (EAL) learners across TDA, raising standards and improving outcomes for all students.
The department is extremely supportive of each other and is led by fantastic practitioners who are forward-thinking, innovative and motivated to ensure all students achieve well and develop an enjoyment of the subject.
