We are seeking a dedicated Subject Lead to join our team and play a pivotal role working closely with the Senior Leadership Team.

We want our students to leave this academy remembering their Maths lessons.
Your Role
- You will provide professional leadership and management for the department and encourage a learning environment where students can fully achieve their individual potential.
- The postholder will work closely alongside the Senior Leadership Team as well as lead and review strategies for supporting the development of students’ numeracy across the academy.
- This is an exciting opportunity for a subject lead who is ambitious and has an interest in contributing to the Academy’s strategic direction.
