Subject Leader - Modern Foreign Languages job summary
We are looking for someone with talent, ambition, and experience to join our experienced middle leadership team to lead the modern foreign languages department at Lawnswood School.
The successful candidate will be a Spanish specialist and also have the ability to teach French at Key Stage 3. They will also be an experienced languages teacher and be able to inspire a love of languages in students of all ages.
We need someone with enthusiasm, a ‘can do’ mentality, an ability to inspire others and translate a vision into reality. We will expect you to lead the Modern Foreign Languages Faculty to oversee the curriculum, including standards and outcomes; teaching and learning; outcomes and engagement. You will be supported by a team of talented and dedicated colleagues.
