What skills and experience we're looking for
The Opportunity
This post is pivotal to the Academy’s continuing drive to raise attainment for all our children. You will have responsibility for driving improvements in Teaching and Learning and attainment within the Art department. We offer GCSE Art and Graphic Communication and A level Art, Graphic Communication and Photography. All of these subjects are popular choices at GCSE and A level. All students study Art until year 9. The successful candidate will ensure that a high quality curriculum, excellent teaching and assessment allow students to successfully achieve excellent outcomes at GCSE and A level. We also have modern classrooms and other facilities, for example specialist computer software, to help deliver lessons and the curriculum.
