Full Time

The Hazeley Academy is seeking to appoint an outstanding subject leader of Art with an ability to teach across Key Stage 4 and Key Stage 5. The successful candidate will have a real drive to deliver exciting and innovative lessons and will be keen to lead Art within our academy community. You will also have a determination to assist in and help develop participation and interest in extra curricular activities. Art currently enjoys an excellent uptake in courses and results are strong.

We welcome applications from Newly Qualified Teachers.

The ideal candidate will:

Have a passion for teaching

Have experience of teaching across Key Stage 4 and 5, including exam groups

Have a high regard for their learning environment and resources

Aspire to be a talented, dynamic and an ambitious teacher, who will ensure good progress for all students

Have the ability to inspire, engage and enthuse students

Be skilled at fostering independent and collaborative student-led learning
