Subject Leader of Food Preparation and Nutrition (TLR2.2)

Required for January 2023, we are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and effective Subject Leader of Food Preparation and Nutrition, able to lead a strong departmentand teach to Key Stage 3, GCSE and Level 3 Diploma. Unfortunately, this post is not suitable for ECTs.

Results in Food Preparation and Nutrition are excellent; in 2019, 86% achieved a grade 4 or above at GCSE.

If you have a very good knowledge and understanding of the subject and you are an excellent teacher looking to develop your career in a supportive and progressive environment, we would welcome an application from you. Opportunities for personal development are excellent.

Potential candidates may also wish to know that our admissions policy enables the school to prioritise the admission of children of staff recruited to posts in which there is a demonstrable skill shortage.

Pre–employment medical check
