The Royal School is seeking an enthusiastic and innovative subject leader of History, to lead learning and teaching in our heavily oversubscribed all-through, day and boarding free school. The aptitude and willingness to teach a range of abilities from ages 11-18 is essential. The ability and enthusiasm to teach with a flair and passion is crucial as well as a flexibility to contribute within the humanities department including some RS teaching. We are looking for the best candidate to join the team so all applications are welcome and the ability to teach up to A level would be essential. This role would not be suitable for ECT’s.
