Subject Leader of Music job summary

We are seeking to appoint a highly skilled classroom teacher who will inspire and teach music to a very high standard across KS2 and KS3. This is a permenant full time post to start September 2020. You will receive a TLR and time to lead the subject team. We are looking for an energetic and innovative music lead who can invigorate the curriculum. We are looking to expand our music offer in exciting new ways and, for example, we are staging The Lion King this summer with more than a hundred students participating in a new collaboration of music and drama. We are a school where the arts flourish and we would like to take this even further.
