Subject Leader of PE
MPS/UPS +TLR2b (Outer Fringe)
We seek applications from those of no faith, all faiths and the Catholic faith who are supportive of our Christian values and ethos.
We require a well-qualified and dynamic Subject Leader of PE to lead our popular and successful PE Department across the whole school (up to and including sixth form). Are you an inspiring and ambitious teacher ready to take the lead?
What the school offers its staff
The PE department has a strong track record of sporting achievements and is popular and successful at GCSE and BTEC/A Level. It is also offered as an enrichment activity in Sixth Form. You will take responsibility for the development of the PE curriculum, for leading the department and for effective monitoring and evaluating the quality and standards of provision in relation to student performance, progression and learning. You will also ensure outstanding provision for all learners and take a lead role in the pursuit of excellence of achievement and attainment in the subject.
