At this exciting time for the MAT, we are looking to appoint someone who has the right skills, energy, enthusiasm and ambition to lead the RE and PSHE department at Cockburn School. The successful candidate will be a good or outstanding classroom practitioner with a proven track record of ensuring outstanding student achievement and have the ability to lead others as a team.
You will also have the leadership experience and the ability to challenge individuals within your team whilst supporting them to achieve outstanding results. We are committed to delivering the best possible RE and PSHE curriculum and the Subject Leader will be working strategically with the Senior Leadership Team.
We are a MAT that believes in unlocking potential in both students and staff and as a result offer leadership development opportunities and training for colleagues within and beyond the MAT.
We invite applications from innovative, resilient, creative and motivated Teachers of RE and PSHE who can play a key role in leading the department and are seeking to work in a forward thinking school with the prospect of developing further through an excellent programme of CPD.
