Subject Leader of Science job summary
We wish to appoint an enthusiastic Head of Science with the ability to lead, motivate and inspire; who has vision for the subject area and a willingness to be part of our school's journey; with a desire to help our students to achieve the best outcomes possible.
We are looking for some who:
• Evidence of achieving high standards of teaching in the classroom;
• Has the ability to raise standards of learning and achievement of pupils in the subject area;
• Has the ability to lead a team and provide support and guidance to others;
• Has humour, compassion, determination and drive
