Required for September 2022, Temple Moor High school are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, dynamic and highly motivated Subject Leader of Social Sciences and EPQ who will lead a small but successful team to deliver an outstanding curriculum.
The successful applicant will have leadership responsibility for Psychology, Sociology, Criminology and the Extended Project at KS5 in addition to Psychology GCSE in this highly popular option subject.
We are looking for someone with the following qualities:
• drive and ambition to be an outstanding curriculum leader
• commitment to high quality teaching and learning and raising standards and outcomes for all students.
• highly organised, effective in driving pupils' progress and have the ability to communicate with clarity and purpose.
• ambition to create a strong reputation for your subject area within the school and local community.
• ability to lead and teach Psychology at A Level is essential.
