What skills and experience we're looking for
We seek to recruit a strong subject specialist in French to join our collaborative and supportive Languages team. The University of Birmingham School has a commitment to Modern Languages, with two-thirds of our pupils taking French or German to GCSE, and we are looking for a skilled practitioner to support the further development of languages across the school.
The successful candidate will motivate and inspire both staff and students, and be committed to inclusion and the well-being of every young person. Importantly, they will also have outstanding subject knowledge.
We will have high expectations of you to be an outstanding role model committed to the distinctive ethos of our School, where we strive for academic excellence, underpinned by character education.
