What skills and experience we're looking for

We seek to recruit a well-qualified, talented and ambitious Physics teacher who is committed to self-improvement, and has the skills and enthusiasm to work closely within their department to support the further development of Physics in the School.

The successful candidate will join a friendly, welcoming and exciting department. They will have the opportunity to teach KS3, KS4 and KS5, as well as contribute to our Physics and science themed enrichment programmes. Physics is a popular subject within sixth form - we currently have 80 students studying A’level. As a team we look to plan collaboratively wherever possible, sharing resources to allow us to spend our time focusing on practice and minimising workload.

We will have high expectations of you to be an outstanding role model committed to the distinctive ethos of our School. In return, we will recognise your contribution through a competitive package of pay and benefits subject to performance.
