Location: (Based at one of our Secondary Academies 0.8 FTE; Summit Learning Trust Education Improvement work 0.2 FTE)
Lead Practitioner preferred specialism: Mathematics, Humanities, Modern Foreign Languages (Other subjects will be considered)
Required: January 2023
Salary: Lead Practitioner Scale 5-9 (£46, 796 - £51, 656)
Type of Contract: Full time and permanent
We are recruiting for a Lead Practitioner to join our existing team of Summit Lead Practitioners who all play a vital role in ensuring that all our academies secure excellent outcomes for our learners. You will use your extensive subject knowledge to drive forward the quality of education by supporting and coaching colleagues across academies whilst also carrying out research and providing training and professional learning through our Professional Learning Institute (PLI).
This is a strategic role and offers an exciting opportunity to teaching colleagues who are keen to develop their career with a wider reach and influence. You will be part of a dynamic and supportive team who work in collaboration to transform standards and educational practice across our academies, based on the 6 core principles of the Professional Learning Institute.
