Supply Teacher

We are seeking a highly motivated and inspirational Supply Teacher to provide high-quality teaching across Key Stages 1 and 2 at our Good Ofsted-rated school.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver engaging and effective lessons that inspire and challenge pupils of all backgrounds and abilities

Assess and monitor pupil progress, providing regular feedback and support to help them reach their full potential

Contribute to the design and delivery of a stimulating and enriching curriculum

Promote a safe, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment rooted in mutual respect

Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and contribute to the wider life of the school

Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent

Demonstrable experience in primary education, with the ability to teach across the key stages

Strong subject knowledge and a passion for your specialist area(s)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Commitment to continuous professional development

Desirable Qualities:

Experience in a Church school or understanding of the role of faith in education

Ability to lead extracurricular activities or contribute to the school's wider provision

Creativity and adaptability in teaching approaches
