Part time: Term time only (Fixed Term) Currently ½ day per week Year 1 cover. Permanent with zero hours contract following successful fixed term.

What skills and experience we're looking for

Qualifications, Skills, Experience & Knowledge

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.

Additional qualifications in specific subject areas or SEND.

A proven track record of high quality teaching

Proven ability to manage behavior effectively in the classroom.

Experience working across multiple year groups or subject areas.

Experience in delivering lessons to SEND or EAL pupils.

Understanding of the National Curriculum and educational frameworks.

Familiarity with safeguarding and child protection procedures.

Performance attributes

Ability to quickly adapt to different school environments and student needs.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong classroom management skills.

High expectations for yourself and our pupils

Good organisational skills to deliver lessons effectively and complete marking promptly

To champion our high standards of pupil behaviour and expectations of good character

Strong classroom management skills.
