What skills and experience we're looking for

We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and courteous Support Officer to join our Pastoral Team at De Aston School

The role will involve working with pupils, where behaviour in lesson is a concern, to ensure appropriate levels of behaviour are maintained.

The successful candidate will have:

  • GCSE level grade 4/C in English and mathematics.
  • Experience of developing effective strategies to promote positive behaviour.
  • Experience and the ability to work with a range of young people.
