Support / Targeted Intervention Assistant – Fixed Term job summary
We have an exciting opportunity for a Support / Targeted Intervention Assistant – Fixed Term until end of Summer term 22. The purpose of this role is to be based in our Learning Support Faculty and will work with and support a student who has Autism, ADHD and MLD providing one to one in lessons.
To provide one to one support in lessons.
To be the keyworker for the designated student; liaising with parents/carers, teaching staff and the SEND team Meeting regularly with the designated line manager to report on the progress of identified students, within the academy’s agreed monitoring and tracking procedures
Developing the skills and aptitudes of the designated student who struggles to access the full National Curriculum through academic mentoring, support and short targeted interventions, helping to manage and monitor the students individual progress and provision

Salary: SCP7-11 - £17,593 - £19,044 - FTE: £20,092 - £21,748
