We are entering an exciting phase in our estates development, with a much needed new build project in the offing for Perryfields Academy, and the potential to reimagine our education estate across our Sutton Coldfield schools.

We are looking for someone whose key area of responsibility will be to strategically lead these projects, and our wider estates strategy, taking us from our current position to our aspiration of being Carbon Net Zero.

Your visionary project leadership and change management will enable sustainable change to be made efficiently and effectively.

Projects will include working with our internal and external stakeholders to influence future direction and implement positive change, including large scale contract management, and leading estates due diligence and project planning for new schools joining our Trust.

The Successful applicant will:

Have experience of Strategic management

Have project Management experience

Have a background in estates management

Be values driven

Be IT literate

Have good communication skills; a positive influencer
