What skills and experience we're looking for

Edgar Wood Academy is excited to offer a senior management role focusing on the management of data systems and daily school operations. The Systems and Operations Manager will be the key contact for the Altus Education Partnership Trust, collaborating with educational teams and partner organisations such as Redwood Secondary School and The Real Trust.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage data systems and daily operations within the Academy.
  • Serve as the primary liaison for the Central Trust in areas including Estates, Catering, IT, and Cleaning.
  • Contribute to the development of strategic plans and decision-making as part of the Academy Leadership Team.
  • Develop and implement strategies, objectives, systems, processes, and procedures for data management, administration, and operations.
  • Ensure compliance with all group policies within the academy.
