- Term time: 37 hours: Mon to Thurs: 08:30 to 16:00; Friday: 08:30 to 15:30

Pay scale
- Grade 5, scale points 12 to 15: £21,483 – £23,163. This is the final salary range after the pro-rata calculation has been completed, to account for the role being term-time only, plus a holiday allowance, equating to being paid for 44.474 weeks per year.
What skills and experience we're looking for
Main responsibilities, Tasks and Duties
School related
- Act in accordance with school policies and procedures and relevant legislation, particularly in relation to child protection and behaviour management
- Be responsible for particular learning areas, including planning and preparation of activities and meeting appropriate deadlines
- Assist with planning for school visits
- Contribute to the development of Individual Education Plans
- Be responsible for specialist equipment
- Help organise and participate in meetings with parents/carers
Child related
- Assess identified pupils in and out of the classroom
- Prepare work programmes for groups of pupils for example literacy, numeracy

Springwell Learning Community Lincolnshire is a collaboration of 4 schools across the county of Lincolnshire. Our schools are located in Lincoln, Mablethorpe, Grantham and Spalding.
Our aim is to provide the young people of Lincolnshire with high quality education that is bespoke to their individual needs, supporting both their academic and personal development.
We work with young people that have either been permanently excluded or have been referred via the Lincolnshire Behavioural Inclusion Ladder, accessing an intervention place for 16 weeks. Regardless of how our young people arrive with us, our aims and goals are the same; to support the next steps of the young person, whether that is reintegration into mainstream, special or post 16 education.
