What skills and experience we're looking for
Hillocks Primary Academy are looking for a highly motivated and dedicated Key Stage 2 teacher to join our dynamic, talented and supportive team. We are seeking a teacher who is passionate, who can be flexible and embrace a challenge. Essential
- Has experience of raising attainment in a differentiated classroom
- Has an understanding of the strategies needed to establish consistently high aspirations and standards of results and behaviour
- Is motivated to continually improve standards and achieve excellence
- Is enthusiastic, confident, positive, self-motivated and determined
- Has a commitment to the safeguarding and welfare of all pupils and providing equality of opportunity
Desirable
- Experience in key stage 2 would be beneficial
