Teacher and KS3 Co-ordinator of Maths job summary
We currently have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic Teacher of Maths to join a successful and talented team of staff.
In addition to the job specification for a teacher, the role of KS3 Standards in Mathematics will also include the following responsibilities:
- To develop assessments to enable progress of students to be monitored across KS3, throughout the whole Academy.
- To support the Director of Mathematics in the day-to-day running of the Faculty with regards to KS3.
- To have an up-to-date knowledge of the subject area(s)
- To set high professional standards
- To establish resources for KS3, in line with the curriculum changes, for improving teaching and learning across the faculty.
We are looking for an individual who demonstrates accountability and ownership for own work duties and activities and carries them out to a high standard and with integrity.
