We are looking for an
outstanding teacher and leader with drive and ambition for themselves and the
children at Dore Primary School and Pre-School. Experience of teaching in Early
Years is essential. An expertise in and a passion for Forest Schools would be
advantageous. The successful candidate will work with both the Foundation Stage
2 and Pre-School teams as well as senior leaders, and be expected to contribute
to whole school improvements and fulfil duties within the safeguarding team. As

- Have recent experience of teaching and leading
in an EYFS setting with a deep understanding and knowledge of the EYFS
- Lead the strategic implementation of the EYFS
framework across our Pre-School and Foundation Stage 2.
- Be responsible for maintaining high standards
in Pre-School and Foundation Stage 2 including modelling these high standards
in your own teaching practice (teaching in one of these year groups will be

- Be ready to strategically drive our EYFS
