Teacher (any curriculum area) + TLR Curriculum Ambition job summary
As a result of continued investment by our LEAD Trust, we are looking to recruit an additional teacher (of any curriculum discipline) with a leadership responsibility in the first instance for supporting our curriculum ambition across the school. Future opportunities may then lie within curriculum or achievement teams and will be discussed further with candidates if selected for interview. The ideal candidate will be an energetic and positive professional who can combine their passion for improving standards and has the skill set to enhance a talented and strong middle leadership team. It is likely that you will already have a proven track record of raising standards within your own curriculum area or wider and are ambitious for your own development.
You will be an excellent classroom practitioner with the skills and determination to ensure exciting learning and outstanding progress for students of all abilities. You will possess the energy and enthusiasm to share good practice and to achieve a high standard of education for students leading to excellent outcomes.
Our academy has a great track record and is loved by students with high numbers of families now applying to us as first choice. We are looking for someone to continue to foster and grow this exciting momentum. This is an ideal opportunity for someone looking for their first leadership role with an initial focus across a school or alternatively an experienced leader looking for a new challenge.
